Bought a nice automatic 1.4L corsa about a month ago but for almost double the actual value of the car though this dealer was kind enough to sort MOT before purchase, which eased my worries. However, took it away after purchasing it and noticed a ticking noise coming from the engine when slowing right down or stationary. Called them immediately back and was told to put wd40 on the fanbelt but the problem did not go away. Called a couple of times in 2 weeks to arrange for them to look at it but just got told to ring up another day or next week to see if they could fit me in on the day. I managed to arrange to have new tyres put on it at another garage who then immediately said the noise is coming from the fanbelt, which was brittle and needed to be changed ASAP before it snaps. As this dealer was already aware of this problem since the day I purchased it, I felt this should have been done during or after the MOT it as was their obligation to make sure everything was ok with the car. I was even more surprised that this wasn’t noticed on the MOT. I then sent emails (as not had much luck calling them) asking when could I bring it back to get fanbelt replaced and asked for a time that suited them but got no reply. This has left me in a difficult position as money is tight enough but looks as though I may have to take it back to the garage that diagnosed the issue. Under warranty and consumer rights, I feel this should have been priority for this dealer to sort out and am disappointed. What looked to be a promising purchase has now turned out to be a concern instead

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Sold me a car. Advertised as...FSH, LONG MOT, 3 MONTHS WARRENTY, GOOD CONDITION INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR. I paid for the car upfront and.it was delivered. I received. .MISSING SERVICE HISTORY, 8 DAYS MOT, FLAT AND BOLD TYRES, DENT IN THE ROOF, PAINTWORK DAMAGE, IT ABSOLUTELY STUNK LIKE A TAKE AWAY, NO WARRENTY, MASSSIVE CRACKS IN THE WINDOWSCREEN. ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT AND WARNING LIGHT. NEEDS NEW BELT, NEW WHEEL BEARINGS.I asked for a full refund less than 24 hrs after sale and was refused. I was offered a £500 discount to take the car back. I was swore at down the phone. Hung up on. The best offer I was given was £1450, still £250 less than I had paid.They delivered the car not safe to drive with no tax or were they insured?I would rather walk of get the bus than use this company.AVOID.AVOID. AVOID.

I bought a kia picanto from here and have had some problems with it however they sorted it out with no charge as the 3 month warranty covers it. Very friendly guy on top of that the dealer will put fresh MOT on the car. If first time buying car the dealer will help you with road tax and even insurance.

Purchased a car recently last serviced by these guys. The car has done no mileage since its service last year. Found it was leaking oil from its sump plug and on inspection found this damage. Fair enough if it wouldn't budge but to have the cheek to put it back in that state and be happy with your work. Replaced with a £2 part. Have more pride in your work

I strongly recommend this Dealer. From day one they took excellent care of my wife and I giving us all the different options we have according to our budget. They work with us to find what car could fit with our needs and financial possibilities. After about a week of searching they finally got the right car for us with the price meeting our request. I thank them for thier friendliness, patience and honesty. I think Their attitude and honesty motivated my wife and I so much that we finally bought the car and we do love the car. Thanks For all the support and the good deal. Would high recommend these if your after that car for a reasonable price my wife won't stop going on about them and she is looking for another new car for her self migh just have to go back

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANYHAD BIG PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. CAR WAS NOT FIT TO DRIVE AND THEY HID AWAY FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY. WERE RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE WHEN I CONTACTED THEMDO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY WITH THESE BECAUSE YOULL LOSE IT FOR AN UNSAFE CAR THATS NOT FIT TO DRIVE

Brilliant customer service received, can't fault the buying process. Fair price for condition of car. Full MOT received and new clutch fitted for free. and 3 months warranty. Highly recommended.

Just passed my driving test at the Peterborough test centre fengateand happened to come by Peterborough Motor Sales. I was a first time buyer and got sorted with a nice vauxhall Corsa 1.0 litre which was up for grabs at a very reasonable price which I purchased straight away. They even helped sorting out my insurance quote. I would highly recommended this company.

Horrible service. My brother bought a car, first time he saw it left a deposit, the car had a scratch which they said they were going to fix before the car was about to be picked up. 8 days later the car was picked up, the scratch was paint sprayed, horrible job, after a couple of days my brother noticed a few problems with the car, engine light was on, alarm would go off at times, the parking sensor will start acting up out of nothing, the seller was contacted, they said to bring the car back and see what they could do, they had the car for more than two weeks, the car came back with the exact same problems minus the fuel, car kept going back and coming back exactly the same way, they have then sent us to a couple of garages, trough a warranty that it was after all non existing, who have all refused to work with this seller, apparently they are have had similar problems in the past, selling faulty cars to people who are unaware of this faults at the time they are buying. Do not use this dealer, they have been lying to us since the very first day and made us spend so much money in travelling expenses, phone calls etc to try to solve this problem.
