Attending a 4 day improvers wood working course with course tutor Simon. He's really good patient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Doing a couple of access courses at Hive and so far so good. The courses lack a little in terms of teaching techniques as they are geared more to doing your own thing but good nonetheless and a great intro to various arts and crafts

Alsorts of classes and drop ins to try your hand at alsorts of arts and crafts including : wood work and pottery! They have a fully functional kiln and pottery wheel as well as other craft tools. The staff and volunteers are really friendly and helpful. You can get the cheapest cup of tea here! WEA courses are available here too. Really reasonable membership fee.

I have attended classeshere for 8 years and you can learn pottery, stained glass, woodwork ... All sorts. It's friendly and reasonably priced with help for people on a low income.

Lots of art classes. Day and evening. Includes pottery, woodwork, stain glass, textiles, sewing, painting and drawing. Drop in facility very friendly and supportive.

Did a basic DIY course here with Simon teaching. Excellent. I have so much confidence fixing things around the house and now own my own set of drill/drivers
