We recently sold a retirement flat through Integra. Having tried a specialist for 12 weeks with no luck Thomas provided buyers within a matter of days. The sales process was very smooth, carefully managed and sensitively handled. If the need arose we'd have no hesitation on using Integra again.

We went on a rather extraordinary year-long journey with Integra-Estates! They were the agent for the house we can now happily call home. It had been a particularly challenging purchase - a probate property with an exceptionally uncooperative and difficult solicitor on the sellers side. However Tom’s perseverance with the solicitor, efforts to keep us updated and helpfulness, made all the difference during the uncertain times (of which we had many!).
