If you need a professional, trustworthy, communicative, passionate and kind plumbing professional, you’ve found them in Jay. He helped diagnose and solve an issue with our shower (always with customer cost in mind), which needed the valve replacing (you can see the new one perfectly installed and tested). He also advised on several other issues whilst here, willingly and refused my attempts to pay more for the guidance. He was extremely responsive and kept to his word on dates and times. He is humble, conscientious and has a great sense of humour. I am so grateful we had the shower issue, because we now have a trusted plumber for life. He deserves to charge far more, I look forward to paying him much more in the future for any further needs we have (that’s your hint to charge more, Jay..!)

While no one want to do a COMPLEX job of replacing my faulty shower for 2 years, they have stepped up and did the IMPOSSIBLE in my eyes.They have replaced the shower with NO damages to the tiles and they have TIDIED up nicely after they did the job. During the job, they have been very vocal about how they go along with doing the process of the job which was quite INTERESTING and asking important questions like for example whereabout where to place the shower rail.I would recommend them big time for any plumbing work.
