An outstanding shop. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they really know what they are talking about. They cater for all abilities. There is an excellent range of everything and I would never go anywhere else.

Needed cricket stuff for my daughter. Pleanty of staff working in the store and they knew just what sizes straight away and were very knowledgeable. They had her kitted out in hat, pads, whites and gloves within 5minss and at a competitive price. Amazing service.

Another local store with very knowledgable staff, and a much bigger stick than you would give the outside credit for. Always had good service here in my 13 years of needing kit for children and their associated sports (swimming, cricket, tennis, running).

A proper sports shop and the Welly Road's greatest asset! Good for Northampton's biggest sports: rugby, cricket, footy, cricket and tennis. Usually lots of stock and interesting brands, with a good selection for kids and juniors. Really nice staff and competitive pricing. A great example of the limitations of online shopping.

Hi. I have been shopping in John Henry for eight years and I can give only positive feedback. They were always my first choice in terms of sports equipment. They know the products and able to give good advice. Also they provide good service, like restring the racket.I have never regretted when I did purchase in the shop.A.S.

Great customer service! needed a couple of T-Shirts printed, and they were happy to help, with a quick turnaround! I didn't know I was supposed to bring the shirts myself, but I was lucky they had some left over stock in sizes that were just perfect for me! Very happy
