Brilliant costumer service and Pam was lovely and friendly and made collection straight forward and easy and was the only place I could find who sold ladderax prices separately which was brilliant, the upright I brought was in excellent condition and works with no issues!

You are in the safest hands with Pam. Her passion, integrity and honesty are unmatched. I've bought a few ladderax items from her over the years and she repaired two broken cabinets of mine. In one case she was able to replicate the plastic component of the inner hinges that often failed on Ladderax cabinets, in the other she sourced an almost perfect match for my piano hinges and worked it to match my cabinet, truly a wonderful restoration that is both 100% faithful to the original design and functional. She cares passionately and deeply about what she does. She never cuts corners, she never overlooks a single detail, she never sells anything that is not in top shape, she sources pieces and spare parts that you wouldn't find anywhere else. She has had years of experience and I don't think anyone knows more about Ladderax than Pam. She is highly driven and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Got a terrific Ladderax record cabinet. Pam was great to deal with. The price was very fair, the condition was good, and she made it easy for us to meet up and transport. She obviously takes a lot of care with her restorations, had lots of beautiful wood pieces.
