Where to start... Health and safety... there is none we did a crane course.. signed off...then was expected to use the cranes in a very unsafe way.. broken buttons on controls.. spinning full built chassis in the air... whilst pulling chassis away from the actual crane..... staff climbing on and out of the line jigs.... i took videos, theese are going to health and safety standards.......but told by managers we don't so this when health and safety are present. No proper training for staff or managers.Managers... not one of them can make a formal decision we had to stand around whilst one manger went to another to go to another to finally get a decision... then kick each other on the bad job done.. production stopped many times because of the its not my job attitude. Which seemed rife in the place.....Quality.... there really isn't any, Every chasis we built was bent twisted or buckled, very bad whelding, missing whelds, just extremely poor!!!As an overview I would challange anyone who wanted to work for this very very poor company No respect for staff, an extremely unprofesional and badly trained set of managers, Staff facilities that I never used nor would I expect my dog to. They have now laid off most of the work force which in my opinion is a blessing for most.Honestly if your thinking of buying from them don't!! And never take employment!!!!And never ever take employment you will regret it!!!!
