I recently used Carlin Brown Removals which was an excellent service from start to finish! They arrived on time and I was delighted at how friendly, respectful and professional they were. They took great care to ensure all my items were loaded and packed securely and arrived safely at my new property. The customer service was first class which made the moving process stress free. Carlin Brown Removals
Andy and his team recently moved my daughter's belongings to Suffolk. They turned up on time, were cheery and helpful, even when they were caught up in M25 congestion. The guys managed to take a wardrobe up 2 flights of stairs with only 1 cm clearance and nothing was too much bother. Cannot recommend them highly enough and would certainly use them again.

Superb service & a competitive price.Boxes & packing materials provided, exactly the right amount needed.On the day the guys who did the move were super. So helpful & really nice to have around.They took beds apart, put them back together & checked everything was as it should be. Nothing broken in the move & they worked so hard.Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Thank you to the Carlin Brown 3 man team who stepped in at (almost) the last moment, after our planned removal company were unable to fit us in as planned, and did an excellent job of getting us quickly and efficiently moved last week. All three members were professional, worked well as a team and were friendly, quickly loading up and unloading in a smooth and organised fashion. Thank you all again for a great job. Today Carlin Brown Removals moved the furniture from a holiday let in Christchurch to my home in London.Andy was very helpful, giving a competitive quote and fitting in with the day I wanted the move.David and Neil arrived on time and set to loading up the furniture. They were pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.When they arrived in London, they put the furniture in the rooms specified on my list. Also agreed to help me unload my car.Very pleased with the service I received today.

I had 2 vans collect boxes from 2 locations with 2 staff in each van. The first van was great, very professional and proficient. Second van, the guys were caught snooping through belongings that were in the same room as the removal boxes. They also damaged a table that Carlin Brown promised to repair and consistently failed to organise. I wouldn’t use these guys again.

A good service. Only 1 room to move to my sons new home in Selby, Yorkshire. We packed all the boxes so everything was ready to load.They arrived at just before 10 am loaded the van very quickly then left to travel to Selby.We picked the keys up just before 5 pm and met them at the house just after 5. They unloaded the van quickly and left to head back to Bournemouth.The only minor thing preventing me giving 5 stars is their communication before the day could have been better and more responsive.

I've used Carlin Brown twice now and have been very happy with the service. The guys were friendly and worked very hard and professionally. The quote was also much better than others that I received and they were able to handle multiple date changes due to issues with our chain. Will call Carlin Brown first if I can ever face moving again!
