I am rating this service very highly and without reservation for the following reasons:1. The efficiency of the service: when I rang Johnny contacted me promptly and arranged to visit at a time that was convenient for me (and he travelled some distance)2 His assessment of my problem (mice thankfully) was very professional; he said undertook a thorough review of my home inside and out, pinpointing possible points of access and advising me of ways to make my home more secure.3. His expertise was very evident in the knowledge he shared with me and particularly the reassurance he offered .4. Subsequent appointments were confirmed and kept so he is very reliable and he always contacted me in advance to check if it was convenient for me.5. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough; as a representative of his firm he conveyed great customer care, explaining what he was doing and why and this was helpful for me as it gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing..6. I would not hesitate to recommend Johnny or his service to some else ; nothing replaces peace of mind when you have concerns about pests in your home.

We had some mice in the house and Johnny came out to place traps, check outside and inside the house from where they could enter.He gave informative advice, checked every little corner and was really helpful. Can only recommend him and his work!

Jonathan was very polite and helpful - told me in detail what the process was for treating the wasps nest before completing they job. He treated the nest carefully to ensure no powder got on the ground and risking pets. Jonathan was very clear that if I had further problems with the best in the next couple of days he would return to give more treatment. He was excellent at his job and I would thoroughly recommend . Will definitely use Jonathan again if we have any future problems with wasps nests.

I recently had to contact causeway pest control. The phone was answered by a young man called Johnny and because I was very distressed he calmed me down and explained what would happen next. He came to the house and was very thorough, chatting and reassuring the whole time he was here. He gave great advice on things I could do to help alleviate the situation. He called back a second time to check everything, again so reassuring. I hope I won't need to but if I do need to I'll be straight on the phone to this company. Very professional. Thank you Johnny

1st class service. Unfortunately we ended up with bed bugs on a new bed. Called Pest Control 1st thing on a Monday morning and got through to Johnny very quickly explained the issue sent a few photos and he changed his schedule to come to the property asap. Was there within a few hours and 1st spray carried out. Very informative about what he was going to do etc and also helpful tips. Very friendly and lovely person. Reassured me and with his fast response gave me 100% confidence we would get on top of this horrible situation.each appointment always on time and very reasonable priced.
