Everyone at Park Lane Orthodontics has been amazing from the start. I had fixed braces with them when I was a teen but my teeth had moved slightly over the last 15 years due to not being consistent wearing my retainers. I contacted them with very short notice to see whether they would be able to fit me in for a course of Invisalign, before getting married, to tweak a few areas I wasn’t happy about. The team bent over backwards to fit me in with the short notice and managed to get my teeth looking as I wanted, (plus whitening!) in time for the wedding (see picture).Special thanks to Dr Kiran who ran my treatment and everyone for being generally lovely throughout! Highly recommend.

I paid for a consultation to start treatment. I was quite nervous but everyone I came across was incredibly kind and reassuring to help with my nerves during the consultation. Paula was amazing in taking me through the multiple options & explaining in depth to help me understand what needs to be done. In addition, Skye the treatment coordinator was very warm, friendly and informative from the initial phone call to taking me through the options and costing. Overall, a wonderful experience from an orthodontic practice.

Being 7 months into my Invisalign treatment I wanted to right a review about my amazing experience. I was recommended Park Lane by my dentist as they have a great reputation. Initially I had some worries and was unsure what to expect. However, Ben and Paula were very reassuring and helped me understand the process and expected outcomes. I'm thrilled so far with the experience and my progress to date. The whole team are so friendly always met with a warm smile when you walk through the door. I also love the positive quote of the day in the waiting area. Nice touch and makes me smile every time.

Choosing Park lane Orthodontics has been a very good decision. I had consultations with couple of other orthodontists in Reading, but didn't feel reassured there. As my dentist is not in the UK, I had no one to ask for recommendation, so I contacted The Manor Hospital in Oxford, where I had some surgery many years ago. Luckily, one of their oral specialists was happy to help and recommended Park Lane Orthodontics.Over two years since, I'm now at the end of my treatment and I'm very pleased with my teeth. From the beginning, my consultation with Dr Ben was very thorough and I was given different options and explained what was achievable with each. During my treatment I found that Dr Ben is a perfectionist who likes a challenge! What looked to me impossible to begin with, has been changed with great results. I also had couple of appointments with Dr Paula and can say that she has the lightest hands, a gift that some people are just born with.It has to be said that the whole team working at the practice care about making things right for the patient. Lorraine and Emma make it a lovely and welcoming place that feels right as soon as you arrive, while being super organised and accommodating.I would fully recommend Park Lane Orthodontics. From a young age I have always had problems with my teeth, I had a large overbite which was causing my teeth to crack. I had a consultation with Ben who assured me that he could help correct my bite. I have now completed my treatment and could not be more happy with the results, not only is my bite improved greatly but my teeth are lovely and straight and any gaps have been filled. Ben liaised with my dentist throughout and I completely trusted Ben with the work that he did for me. I am in my late 50's, so please don't ever think you are too old to get your teeth sorted. What I particularly liked about Park Lane is that it was a lovely friendly practice and everyone was very kind - A huge thank you for the expertise, time and life changing work. Park Lane Orthodontics have been absolutely amazing. I had consultations with various orthodontists in Reading but felt drawn to Park Lane after my initial consultation with Dr. Ben. As time went by, I started to see changes and a huge improvement to my teeth as regular refinements were made by Dr. Paula.Booking appointments has been super easy and the staff have been very accommodating to any emergency requests that I had. My dentist referred me to Park Lane when I began a course of major restorative treatment. The entire team at Park Lane immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed. Dr. Ben explained the options for fixing my serious overbite and other issues. He also liaised closely with my dentist to coordinate my orthodontic treatment with my other dental work.
