Tom has been my go to bike shop for years. When I moved to Bedford from Flitwick, I tried someone else and regretted it instantly so came straight back to Tom.Tom has saved my bacon more than once and with less that 24 hrs before my flight to Barcelona for Ironman, he has done it again. (My head was spinning thinking my race was in tatters but Tom was cool, calm and collected)Great service, great price and just all round great experience as always. Thanks Tom

Brought my bike in for a service, which was completed the same day. On collection, Tom gave me a thorough run down of what he undertook and spent some time answering other questions I had. All in all, I am really pleased with their service and will be definitely using them again in the future.

Unbelievable service! Tom is great and really tries his hardest to please. We had bike-packing friends over from NZ who needed old bike boxes to fly their bikes onto their next destination, South Korea. Tom dropped two boxes off on his way home, along with a rebuilt wheel that I had just put in yesterday. Incredible!! Many thanks Tom.

My road bike needed some headset and rear wheel adjustment which was beyond my ability so I called Cycleworx and Tom booked me in later that day. He was clearly very busy since every man/woman and dog has discovered cycling during the current COVID times. His shop was rammed but he still managed to squeeze my bike into his workshop. He fixed my snags, made a few other adjustments and offered advice all for the princely sum of £15. A fine example of a local friendly business offering excellent customer service. This is the first time I’ve used Cycleworx and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Brought my mountain bike in to fix a creaking noise thought to be caused by rear wheel. The work was excellent, fixed the rear wheel and also suggested the bottom bracket could be causing the issue, which turned out to be the actual fix. He's a great guy who is friendly, knows his stuff and happy to talk through the problem, would recommend for all servicing needs.

This shop is run by Tom who is a keen cyclist. He is friendly, helpful and knows all there is to know about bikes and cycling. He has been servicing my bikes since the shop opened (it must be a few years now) and has always done a great job. Highly recommended!
