Arndale Center/Food Market bicycle parking

Childs ride on wasn't working of which they were aware but rather than putting a sign up they left it switched on with no notice. Cash machine not working and still no sign. Spoke to a security gentleman who looked absolutely puzzled at the sounds I was making while speaking to him. I am not sure if he had watched friends and was emulating Joeys acting style.
