I have just received my new Suzuki s-cross from Dicksons of Inverness, not because I needed an upgrade but because Dicksons pulled out all the stops to ensure that I received vehicle upgrade at an unbelievable cost. Thanks to Michsel Reardon I also got a fantastic deal on accessories. Its for this reason I have returned to Dicksons yet again for this kind of personal service.Well done all at Dicksons of Inverness.

Great and friendly service and good communication which was done remotely as I live 120 miles from the showroom. The new car was delivered directly to my door by a friendly and helpful member of staff and my trade in taken away without any problems. This is the second time I have used Dicksons of Inverness and would recommend them to any prospective buyer.

Mike has always taken good care of me and my car purchases at MG. I’ve recently purchased my 2nd electric MG from him and he’s always been cheery, attentive and manages to secure a great deal. Gemma was an absolute star. Incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Recently bought a new MG HS Exclusive from Dicksons of Inverness. The head salesman Michael Reardon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and did all of the necessary transfers for my part exchange vehicle and personal number plate.It's my first time dealing with a small family firm dealership and found the experience very relaxing and reassuring. New car purchase review.We have just taken delivery of an MG4 EV, the first time we have driven an EV. After having made a paper decision to look closest at the cost-effective MG4, and finding it well received by reviewers and owners alike, we decided on a test drive. On the test drive day, we were pleasantly surprised that we were given plenty of time, allowing us to find some roads similarly challenging to those near our home, on which to test the car. Everything we had learnt and studied about the car matched what we found.Martin Hagan, the salesperson who assisted us, was then straight forward to discuss our needs and expectations. We had, however, been a little disappointed about what Dicksons offered as a trade-in on our old car, compared to the indicative trade-in price on the MG web site. Of course, we didn't expect a come and get me" estimate to be what we would be offered

I have recently collected my new MG HS Exclusive, from Gemma at Dicksons of Inverness, and despite the difficulties that all dealerships are experiencing with new car availability at this time; Gemma kept me informed at each stage of the journey; from time of order, to my collecting the car. With my having Mobility Issues; I found Gemma and all the other staff at Dicksons, to be very respectful, considerate, and helpful. Having purchased 2 cars from MG Dicksons, Inverness, from Martin Hagan in the last 3/4 months, I can safely say that its been a very good experience. Martin has gone out of his way to source exactly what I've been looking for - twice - and has managed to do so efficiently and timeously on both occasions. We purchased the ZS (which we collected), and the HS (which was delivered), and have not only loved both cars, but also the service, and aftercare from Dicksons. Any minor issues we had have been rectified really quickly and seamlessly, and he kept in contact to keep us updated along the way.
