Andy made my experience as a first time tenant amazing. After having to deal with awful, unprofessional big named estate agents I was very disheartened in the whole process of looking for somewhere to live. Andy quickly changed that by being sympathetic and understanding to my situation. His professionalism was second to none, there was no flaffing about and I was able to move in within a week of viewing a very much desired flat in London. My experience with Leo Sai will forever be appreciated and I am extremely grateful for the kindness that came with it. Andy was our landlord for approximately 8 months. Any time we had any issues, Andy had it sorted out within a couple days. He was easy to communicate with and always quick to reply. When coming to the flat, Andy always gave at least a days notice. Highly recommended
