Had another fantastic experience & service with Shelly for our newborn daughter's photoshoot. Shelly also did our son's newborn & cake smash photoshoot, I'd highly recommend Shelly to everyone, we've also had the pleasure and great experience with Lavern for mini shoots while at artventurers classes. Both are absolutely fantastic with kids, we'll always use Lavern Washington photography for capturing all our special moments.

We went for our newborn to have a some photos and some together. We went based on a recommendation and we definitely will be recommending to other people. The experience was relaxed and despite our baby pooping, peeing and spitting up within minutes there was no rushing to clean up or embarrassment. The photos are beautiful and can’t wait to share them with family and friends

We had our newborn photoshoot last week with Shelly and just received our photos. Wow what can I say?! I am absolutely in love with every single one. Fab experience with Shelly! Friendly, professional and amazing with our daughter. She was 3 weeks old when we took her for her mini newborn photo shoot so we weren’t sure how she would be but Shelly had a lovely calming way with her and we could tell our daughter was relaxed and content. We saw Shelly last week for a Newborn shoot for our 5 day old after being recommended by friends.The shoot was fantastic from start to finish, Shelly is so professional and handled our boy with such care we were able to relax and enjoy the experience. The finished photos were beyond our expectations and of amazing quality.We will 100% be back in the future and would not hesitate to recommend.

I love the photos of my little boy at his mini newborn shoot! This is the second new born shoot Shelly has done for me.Shelly is very professional and created a calm welcoming environment. My son was very unsettled on the day of the shoot but Shelly remained calm and easily settled him! The shop/studio was also lovely and warm!I am very pleased with the photos and have booked a slot for the mini Christmas photo shoots for both my boys.

We had a cake smash and splash for my daughters first birthday last week. We both loved it. Shelley took her time to get everything set up so it was just right when we got there. There was no rush and it was a very nice experience for my daughter. Shelley also takes time to get the best shots, including ones where baby is holding cake and is smiling which can take some time.We can’t wait to see the photos when they are ready! We purchased a newborn photoshoot for our second little boy as we had done the same for our first born son and absolutely loved the photos produced.Shelly as always, was extremely friendly and welcoming. The studio is kitted out with tonnes of props and blankets to use and she handled our little boy with such care and patience, we were completely at ease.Watching the shoot was wonderful and we couldn’t wait to see the finished photos. Today we did see them and they didn’t disappoint! They are absolutely stunning and the quality is brilliant.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shelly / Lavern Washington photography to anyone. Amazing service all round and we’re so thankful of the beautiful photos we now have forever.
