PAUS.

My partner and I visited Paus on Thursday 6th July. We booked online for the 3-7pm slot, which allows access to the barefoot trail (all day) and hot tub for three hours. Upon arrival it was fairly busy but not over crowded and the vibe was calm. We were early so we decided to do the barefoot trail first, which was surprisingly good - with lots of different textures to feel. We then went to reception and were told where to get changed and which tub we were in. We were sharing with two others but it wasn't a problem as we got on well with them and also felt relaxed to be able to do our own thing and just enjoy the sights. We braved the cool pool and had some time in the sauna. The time flew by and we then enjoyed a meal at the restaurant on the premises. As it was Thursday, we enjoyed pizzas and sat outside soaking in the evening sun. I recommend Paus and we will definitely come back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience and have recommended to everyone we’ve met so far, even strangers in a pub we went to the day after our spa!We’d like to come back when the weather is colder as we feel like it will be a different but equally as relaxing experience. Wonderful staff, delicious food and a chilled family vibe

Lovely place to relax over the weekend, my girl friends and I had lunch at the lovely bistro (lovely food!) and a good hot sauna after. We didn’t leave until 6pm they were shut.We were well taken care of throughout the time there. Some of the items (pork belly and both tacos) were not available which was dissapointing but the yummy salad and warm service made up for it.We’ll be back

We came for a sunset yoga class and pizza evening. The flow class was really wonderful but the pizza was worthy of a trip in its own right! The facilities are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful and well cared for. The staff really cared that we had a good experience. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!

Such a beautiful place! We booked an exclusive hot tub for the 2 of us to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and have some much needed peace and quiet away from the kids! :) It was utter heaven. Thank you for such a lovely time Paus!

Lovely calming place to get away from it all. The views of the countryside are beautiful. Loved the tubs, sauna, bistro and barefoot walk.Just beware if you go in the summer you are not allowed to wear sunscreen when sat in the hot tubs (which I understand for hygiene reasons) so if you burn easily wear a T-shirt in the tub. The venue do offer hats and umbrellas but you have to pay to hire these which is disappointing. In the summer I’d expect these to be free of charge given there is no shade.Also have a bottle of sunscreen available for when you get out of the tub as there is very little shade when sat on the deck chairs.

Amazing, natural, beautiful place to relax, unwind, calm down and connect with nature.After 3 hours of hot bath alternately with cold and sauna and an amazing barefoot walk through many different things like stones, trees, cones etc. the icing on the cake was delicious homemade food. The teas are natural, real and the food is delicious, also for vegans. This amazing experience wouldn't be complete without the people who work there and are amazing. They bring a great atmosphere, have big hearts and give out wonderful energy. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Had such a lovely visit on Sunday, I was worried about going in the winter but I think the experience was made even better by this. We were in the hot tubs at dusk which was perfect. After we did candle lit yoga with Laura, she was a fantastic instructor, really relaxing and exactly what me and my friend needed. Also their winter warmer drink is delicious, highly recommend.

Gorgeous relaxing experience, for £38 you can use the hot tub, sauna and cool pool with a complimentary drink. If you go early the restaurant menu is lush, or after 5:30pm you can have delicious wood fired pizza.

This place is amazing, something that I was looking for for a while now, outside saunas with windows to nature and it's a nature all around, they also have cold water bath and ice o clock time, Wim Hof people do courses there btw, food is made of healthy local ingredients, taste nice, they have great vegan and gluten free choices, barefoot walk is amazing. It's more like outside activity so take a jacket if you don't like natural cold. I love sauna and then cold water after, but there are lots of people around sitting in warm bath water tubs drinking prosecco, pretty quiet though. Very relaxing and I enjoyed it, will come back on regular basic for ice o clock time
