Unfortunately, the experience was really bad.I was not shown any respect, the dr was always late. And there is zero expectation management. After my surgery I was told all will be fine directly, but I have been suffering for three days and when I called to be checked, they only offered me an appointment 2 days after !!! For a 5 mins check up after a surgery.Yet ,, they double booked the appointment and I was never seen eventually.

Cleaned my daughter's ears . We had to do it again 6 weeks later by another specialist. Very poor response to my complaint. They never came back to us.

Be careful with the extra costs, it is expensive, it is ok, but not worth it because the doctor doesn't seem to care about your well-being more than the money. I went because I had a pain in both ears, paid my consultation for 250 pounds, and he just told me, come for a cleaning afterwards (which had an additional cost of 300 pounds). No medication, no nothing.
