Rossini Restaurant
The food was quite average and not really worth the prices. There are better Italian restaurants to go to. However, sll of the pasta dishes can be made gluten-free. In addition, the staff are warm, friendly, and polite, and the restaurant is cosy and quaint.

Food is delicious and the place feels like you're sitting in Italy. Slightly on the pricey side but you get the quality and service you pay for

We really wanted to love this place as have heard good things. Very much looked forward to a properly excellent meal, but it was so disappointing.Tiny fillet steak, rushed side dishes, extremely over priced for the quality of the food provided. The steak in aldi is bigger and much better value, and we could have cooked it better at home. The food wasn't bad, but Rossini is overly expensive and so we expected something special which it sadly didn't live up to. Just no je me sais pas.Very noisy in the restaurant as well, which isn't terrible, but there was a baby sat ON the table behind us...after 9pm on a Saturday night it was a bit strange and I really think a high chair is more appropriate than having them on the table. I guess this is a plus point if you're a family.Glad we tried it but we won't be back sadly.

Absolutely amazing restaurant fine dinning experience with an excellent service and a wholesome menu reflecting the intense and delicious Italian food. A family business generation after generation and keep going with same finest quality and outstanding taste. 10 stars ⭐️ for everything. This is our second visit and won't be the last.

A few of our party were running late. Much to the overly expressed exasperation of the waiters, who voiced their feelings. Saying you must hurry. My Sauv Blanc was room temperature. Food was ok at best, the seafood medley was nice, not nicely presented, but nice enough. But in the mussels dish there were unopened shells and those that were open were murdered in a dirty broth. I had the spaghetti carbonara, ordinarily I would expect us to come with tagliatelle bacon lardons. Mine had rough chopped ham, sauce was ok. One waiter in particular struck rude tones with us all and we all felt hurried. So we all are quickly and finished early only to have to wait 20+minutes for the bill, while you roll around the dessert trolley to every other table. Sorry gents you'll need to up your game considerably for my return.

Cute little local restaurant that we wanted to try out with the family. We ordered the calamari and the prosciutto ham and melon starters. They gave us some complimentary bruschetta which was nice. The prosciutto and melon were good but that calamari was definitely out of a box or a bag. The batter was soggy and the squid was stringy but at least the kids were ok eating it.As for the mains, the pumpkin and sausage pasta was fresh and homemade and had ample flavor. The lasagna was decent and was definitely tasted homemade but lacking a little flavor. The veal was the highlight, very juicy and cooked well. For dessert we had the tiramisu and chocolate ganache, both items had fans at our table but I preferred the tiramisu.Definitely would come back and hopefully update this to five stars

So ,after reading up on the restaurant and the taxi driver to the place also affirming what a good choice we made ..sadly it was all downhill from there last night .We arrived 10 minutes early which seemed to be a massive problem to them for some reason ..bearing in mind there was only another 2 tables eating .we took our table and ordered some drinks..my bottle of morretti was pretty warm but no problem. The food ..my partner ordered the mussels..when they came we were immediately transported back to the 70s ..bland is an understatement..some badly defrosted prawns sat on some buttery garlic sauce and a comical garnish .Next up was veal ordered by my partner..again no taste at all in a cream sauce with some boiled out veg ..I had a pasta dish that was bland ..even after I'd heavily salted it .really felt like an Italian restaurant that had rested on its old laurels...safe to say we wouldn't recommend but it was packed out when we left so what do we know
