Really rude manager. Just returned a pair of shoes that my son has had around six weeks - the sole had dropped off, so clearly faulty. Didn’t have the receipt, as my ex husband purchased them, but according to The Consumer Rights Act, this shouldn’t be a problem, as I only wanted to exchange. The manager repeated to me a couple of times that I ‘should have kept my receipt’ (she clearly hadn’t listened to my explanation as to why there was no receipt) then demanded to know whether they’d been bought in store, online, on account, what my ex husbands postcode is…..none of which I knew, and none of which is relevant when I simply wanted to EXCHANGE A FAULTY ITEM. She then snapped at me that she would override it on this occasion. Like she was doing me a massive favour, and not carrying out something that I’m legally entitled to. I wonder if Miss High and Mighty Manager keeps every single receipt, for every single thing she ever buys?

Quite a nice store this one..staff are very friendly..but if you are collecting an order be prepared to wait. Not the most efficient store when collecting an order.. but otherwise pretty much well stocked.

I hate this industrial site x went into next for some trousers for my husbands funeral, got what I wanted and they were great but took me two and a half hours to get out of car park with a 35 degree heat , will not be going again ever !

Went to return some items. Happy to wait at the tills but a male assistant/manager/rude human refused to allow me to do so despite me saying I was happy to wait. He forced me to a drop box, expected covid unsafe proximity and was extremely rude whilst lecturing that returns will be not taken at tills and this was more environmentally friendly (what a joke with their excessive packaging). Plenty of other shops that are not rude to customers or try to bully them. Will save me money because I have closed my account. I do expect to be bullied and intimidated when shopping.

Husband managed to find two discounted trainers in his size, very happy! There was a sale on but sadly nothing for me. Found a beautiful perfume that I liked though for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Came here today as according to maps it is open till 8pm! There was no record of it being shut down, on google it appears to be open and business as usual! However! The entire place is shut down! Not happy at all after making plans to come here to find that there is no Next store! So anyone else wanting to go don't waste your time the store doesnt exist!

Good selection of clothing on the ground floor whilst on the first floor you can find everything from furniture, lighting, bedding and kitchen accessories.We have made several purchases of furniture over the last 3 months and we have been pleased with the quality of the products for the price we paid for them.Unfortunately Next has now let us down badly following the purchase of a wall unit which we paid £30 for assembly on delivery. The unit was delivered by DHL in a lorry with Next logos on it. The delivery men had not been instructed to put together the unit so left it in 2 big cardboard boxes in our kitchen. Next Customer Services said we have to wait 6 further days before it can be assembled. They are unable to send someone to do this without making a new order and delivering another unit at which time the delivery men will be allocated time to assemble it and return one of the units. What a farce! In the meantime we have 2 large boxes on the floor in our kitchen to contend with! Customer Services blame the store for incorrectly processing the purchase transaction. We are not happy and therefore will not be using this store again.

Came in a desperate man, looking for a suit for a wedding the day after. A lovely older black lady almost dressed me as this was only the 2nd suit I have ever worn. I wish I new her name so I could thank her directly because the customer care she showed me was perfect. Thank you
