The staff was so lovely. I took my puppy in and the fella who served me was so good telling me what he can have and what he cant have. And what was best to start him on. He actually cares about the animals and took his time in talking to me. I couldn't recommend these enough honestly was so nice and polite.

We used the groom room today. We have a very nervous dog but the girl did a great job with him and she said he was very well behaved . Would definitely come here again.

Good array of animal foods, dog accessories, fish products, etc. Some good selection of toys, leashes/harnesses/etc.sold salmon oil at a really good price and lots of bits for people doing kibble or raw food diets for their pups.aisles might be a bit narrow for a wheelchair user.

Shelf price said aquarium £13.95 for water treatment product, goes to til £15.95... Questioned it and got told thats the price, no apology, showed then the shelf price £13.95. Wouldn't refund me the difference... Gave up and paid it... same product online £10-12.... Won't be going back because of this experience.... No longer cheap.
