Common issue with errors on drive through orders at BK - no screen to check and receipt only provided with food.Normally staff/managers are quick to resolve issues - but here it was apparently my fault for not eating here regularly enough to know that the item we asked for had been discontinued nor spotting that there was an alternate Dorito" version now on the menu

This company should never have toilets as dirty as this. I want to disinfect my hands after washing them in their so called toilet. Not good enough. I have to give 1 star for food service and atmosphere because if the staff toilets are the same then there’s no hope.

My recent visit to Burger King left much to be desired. The overall experience was disappointing, with several notable issues.To begin with, the burger I ordered was seriously lacking in sauce, which made it taste dry and unappetizing. A good burger relies on the right amount of sauce to enhance its flavour, and this one fell short in that regard.The service at this particular Burger King was surprisingly slow and disorganized. It took an unusually long time to receive our order, and it seemed like the staff were struggling to keep up with the demand. The wait was frustrating and tested our patience, and what made it worse was that some terminals were out of service. This added unnecessary delays and further compounded the issues with the service.However, the most disappointing aspect of the visit was the state of the restrooms. They were absolutely disgusting and appeared to have been neglected in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Maintaining clean facilities is essential for a fast-food restaurant, and this was a glaring failure on their part.On a slightly positive note, the fries were decent. Nevertheless, as we opted to eat in the car we can't comment on the cleanliness of the dining area.In summary, my visit to this Burger King location left much to be desired. The lack of sauce on the burger, slow and disorganized service, the inconvenience of some terminals being out of service, and the deplorable condition of the restrooms all contributed to a disappointing dining experience. It's safe to say that we won't be returning to this particular Burger King anytime soon.

Wasn't letting me use the app to place order. Had to go into the restaurant. The self service machine wasn't working. The guy who served me on counter was excellent.

Food as expected when you have a BK but the person serving was clearly having a bad day! Well that's what I hope they had so much Sass with all of the customers. We ate in and checked it wasn't just myself the Customer service was lacking/full of attitude we only want a Burger and fries it felt like we were on an episode of Love Island in the middle of a tiff.

Used BK app on Friday night .. got great deal on food.I ordered chicken royale meal.The food was nice , hot and well packed.The reason for knocking one star down is for staff been very unfriendly.Asked a guy serving behind the counter if he could serve but he was very rude and started with no and then said “we are very busy , use the kiosks”.I also confirmed if we could use app vouchers on kiosks ? He pointed at the kiosk again and said “Click use my voucher “ on their.So 4/5.Not sure if I will go again there.

Excellent service. Food was really good and staff got the food out quickly even though it was busy. Will definitely return!
