Very bad after service. We contacted Anglian after we found out the conservatory leaking. There 2 engineers came doing something, but didn't sort the problem out. We tried to book another appointment. The result is the appointment been canceled 3 times. There were no advance notice. We were waiting for it all day (I have to book my day off from work) until we called the customer service, then been told that once the engineer can't make it; twice as the engineer sick... Lucky it was dry weather in last few months.But last night and this morning raining, the conservatory leaking again. I just chatted with support agent online. They were always listening what you saying, and said I am very sorry about that

Terrible service. Once you place an order they plague you with calls, their represenative was very rude and pushy. Phone to a window lock fixed and haven't heard any more since.

Absolutely awful experience. They are incapable of fixing any problems with their windows or doors. It takes months to get an appointment and then the window is worse than before. This has cost me thousands and they have deliberately dragged their feet over 4 years of complaining!!!

Recently we decided to have our front door and windows replaced and began looking round for a company that could do it. We looked at several companies, and arranged surveys from three. Paul was our rep from Anglian and he came round the next day and, from the outset, we could tell that he knew what he was talking about. Obviously, when it comes to doors and windows you are always wary of high pressure sales, but we didn't feel this at all with Paul and we were so impressed with the products he showed us that we signed up there and then and cancelled the other quotes. Paul was always on hand to help us through the process and the installation team were both professional and courteous. Despite the fact we work from home, and they were knocking out windows and doors all over the house, they really didn't disrupt us and the work was carried out speedily and professionally. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending Anglian.

DO NOT USE!Window was installed in March and then broke within a few weeks - On our 3rd month of not having a working window now heading into summer we can’t open the only window in the bedroom… sales blame the installation team installation blame the head office round in circles - can’t get an answer from anyone no one answer the phone or emails all we want is a refund as right now everything has to be replaced!

Customer service and after care is a joke! The product is okay nothing special to warrant the price!Been chasing them for months to come and fix issues that were there from installation. Other issues have arisen as well.The main issues are:The front french doors gets Jammed/stuck! So visitors and us struggle to get in and out of the house.The garage door is really hard to lock, so we can't really use our garage because of it.10p sized bubble imperfection in the window.The frame corner of a window is cracked.Only installed Feb 2022.Paid way over the odds compared to other companies, thinking the customer service and warranty etc would be worth the extra money. But as they offer very little aftercare. It's not!I was told to go on the website and request a service visit, I did this and still have had no response. I have sent emails directly as well and also tried to go through a sale agent that called after to sell me soffits and facias.NO SURE I WOULD RECOMMEND!THE MONEY SAVED GOING ELSEWHERE YOU COULD SPEND TO FIX THE ISSUES. AND STILL HAVE A LOT LEFT TO FIX ANY ISSUE THAT HAPPENS OVER THE NEXT 10-15 YEARS.

Not very professional. Was told that my patio door would be fixed on a particular day took time off work waited all day and had to call them to find out that fitter couldn't do the job on his own.. There is no customer service and have had so many problems with my front door. Anglian Home Improvement don't do what they say they do I am afraid. Will not use them again.

Awful. I have paid deposit nearly 10 months ago. No date of installation, only random automated text messages that another survey will take place and no one turns up. Now i have sent several emails demanding my deposit back but no response.
