Polite friendly staff and a clean and warm atmosphere! Knowledgeable vet and a clear love for animals. Felt very well cared for and that our old dog was in very safe hands! With our old vet for many years and was anxious about moving. Needn’t have worried! Amazing!!

Never going back to minster wellpets sticking to sittingbourne one instead my dog got hurt and the person seeing to my dog shouldn't be allowed to work there anymore!! My dog got hurt twice by having he's nails cut and he was bleeding and the person who saw to my dog didn't want to take responsibility for it let's blame the dog instead very disrespectful luckily the receptionist stopped the bleeding and cut the rest of his nails thank God understand one thing we have to speak for are pets coz they cant talk so easy to blame a pet coz they cant express themselves this person wanted to hide the fact he was wrong i hope he wont be working there for much longer considering this isnt the first time hes been like this to pets and no doubt disrespecting their owners too!

Absolute rip off their prices are FAAAAAR too high! £249 to put my cat to sleep! And that was with me bringing him home and burying him in the garden!

These wonderful people have looked after my furry family for the past twelve years. When it was time to say goodbye, they looked after me too. Thank you to them for their care and consideration.

My first visit with my first dog, receptionist was very happy and helpful and veterinary nurse came out to greet us, he took a liking to him straight away and was very helpful explained alot of things I wasn't aware of which was helpful, and held him for me while I opened rhe car ready to put him back in. Very clean and lots of verbal information with friendly manner. Highly recommended thankyou!!!

From calling the surgery and arriving the staff were friendly and helpful, the vet himself was so gentle and patient with my dog, explained everything g to me and talked to my dog all the time, so reassuring

Had to say goodbye to our Scout today, old age and probably kidney failure.The team were amazing as it wasn't easy. She was treated very well and we hope Paul and the assisting nurse are ok.Thanks again.

Good if you have a sheep or cow. The vet seemed to think that nystagmus had nothing to do with vestibular disease and they sold a £30 ointment for £78.Avoid unless absolutely necessary or if you are a farmer.

In short, we had a bad experience. We were given the choice of treatment for our dog but made the decision to have him put to sleep which unfortunately was overruled by the vet.
