Not so much an experience (although I could elaborate on certain concerns with pleasure)my over-riding amazement /horror & total incredulity is that the only 5 star review for the above is given by the owner ; maybe he is a client they helped.....?¿One wonders on his status/title 2 months ago because he was introduced to me (albeit by his manager, Annie {full name not to hand})as the OWNER of the above. (Or is.this ok now)? I have read your statement on false reviews & have always found u to be most helpful.I have knowingly put my name to this ?¿review --over to u Google .I hope we stand as 1

Great company, fantastic leadership

I am one of the carers. I have been with this agency for over 3 years. I enjoy working there. My bosses are always polite and accomodating. Training and progression opportunities are encouraged and offered at this agency. All in all l am content.

Right at Home Barnet & Edgware were flexible and responsive to ensure they met the needs of the client. Support from office staff and management was excellent. We were kept fully informed of any staff changes which we appreciated. A very good service.

I have been working for Right at Home Barnet and Edgware for the past 6 years. I had started as a care worker and worked my way up. My employer put me forward to achieve NVQ in Health and Social care as well as provided me with further training. It would not be possible to achieve this without his support and encouragement. I see myself working for this company for many more years as I enjoy working for them. The office staff are fun to work with and they are very helpful.

First class customer service. I found the staff team to be empathetic to my situation; you could really tell that they were experienced. There aren't many people you can turn to when this happens to a loved one but Nikesh and team were more than helpful.
