John and Alfie serviced my hmvr unit, they both were super friendly guys, very respectful of my property and John was very knowledgeable giving advice for maintaining the unit between services. I would happily welcome them again.

I recently moved into an older house with energy efficiency issues. Andy spent a considerable amount of time surveying the house and talking me through various issues and suggesting possible solutions. This in itself was incredibly helpful, but the report that followed was comprehensive and will allow me to prioritise improvements with an understanding of cost benefits. Many of the suggestions were low or no cost. Others give pause for consideration, but I am now able to make an informed choice. The thermal photos have identified areas that require attention. This service will pay for itself in next to no time. Highly recommended.
