Chris was fantastic with my desktop. He kept me informed throughout the process. He was very experienced, quick and efficient at the job he did. He is also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to other people.

When my laptop stopped charging I sent Chris a message on Good Friday, not expecting to hear back during the Easter bank holiday. He replied in less than an hour and looked at my laptop the same day.He replied with a link for the necessary part; this was the only delay as I needed to wait for this part to be sent. He then repaired it the same day.I can now use my laptop without being attached to the plug socket and am a very happy customer.

If I could give more stars than this I would! Chris is not only a really nice guy but his knowledge is absolutely amazing. He didn't just fix the multiple issues with my new PC build (first time build rookie errors) but he took the time to explain every single issue and how it was fixed in detail in an informative and friendly way. From my GPU to the PSU to the CPU cooler I had issues! But he fixed them all super quickly.He didn't just leave me at that either, he added all drivers, WiFi, antivirus etc to my PC. So from a pretty harrowing situation for me it was all fixed and running great within 1 hour!I genuinely don't think I've ever seen customer service as good as this and am never going anywhere else for anything tech related! Genuinely brilliant service 10/10

Chris is the best laptop repair guy In the area, if you are living in Nottingham look no further he is honest and reliable. He explained everything that he was going to do and got my laptop hinge changed in an hour. Very reasonable price too. I had very bad experience with a laptop shop in Mansfield roads, they hold your laptop and trap you with a very expensive bill. I would highly recommend Chris.

Got on really well with Chris, he sorted out my laptop and am very happy it’s up and running and I didn’t loose anything. He was very quick to contact me once I submitted a form on his website, he then came out to my house the next day. I live outside the postcodes he travels too on his website but he was happy to travel, worth just asking even if you’re out of area. Chris was professional, I’m a young female and was the only one in the house and I felt fine and safe. It was a fixed price and he spent 2 hours sorting it, he gave me a quote beforehand and stuck to that. Very happy overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone, including friends and family.

I can't believe how long I struggled with my laptop running slowly, it had virtually seized up! I saw an advert for this local company and decided to see if they could sort it out. They did a brilliant job diagnosing the problem and fixing it as soon as the parts came. It really is better than it's ever been now. I was loathe to trust anyone with my laptop, but I really wish I'd found this company sooner. Much cheaper than a new laptop and a lot less hassle. Thanks for an excellent service.
