Great staff who are super friendly. The drop off point for returning Amazon packages is very convenient. Sunday afternoons can be a nightmare to fill up as it can get really busy and waiting times can be long if people decide to fill up, leave their car and then spend ages returning stuff instead of returning stuff, and then driving up to the fuel.Very handy locations for us folks who live in Tranent and a lot better than using Asda. Will never consider Asda for fuel, but always The Jet.

My car was overheating and shuddering as I was due to turn down on to the motorway but thankfully I went straight on and pulled in to the Jet petrol station. The young man who was working came out and was beyond helpful. He was do supportive offering to let me use the phone to call the AA and checking in on me as I waited. I was not technically a customer but I really must commend this young gentleman on his customer service skills and general humanity. I shamefully did not get his name. But I do want to say a huge Thank you " ."

Always friendly, and welcoming. Has most of what every motorist should need within the forecourt and shop.They always try to keep the forecourts prices as low as possible and in turn matching their competitors of not slightly cheaper.Plus unlike their competitors, I have not left with the kangaroo experience. Plus normally get good performance milage wise too.compated to some the competitors . This is the one place normally fill up at minimum twice a fortnight

Local petrol station with a really useful package collection and return point

Worst customer service ever. Went to send a parcel via ups and counter assistant very rude and no help . First visit told me I needed 3 labels, second visit he told me I had to attach all labels , ended up going to prestonpans and assistant very helpful and had my parcel done in 2 minutes.

The team is always helpful and friendly. It is very handy for dropping off Evri parcels too!
