This Hell whole mental health Stobhill Mackinnon and I hate it so much every bit of it. The staffs are very abusive towards their patients so they are very verbally, emotionally and physically abusive. I wouldn’t bring any dog in here or any human being to there. Brian the staff manager, he was neglecting me of not observing me and not checking up on me if I get medication. At that I was in this Mental health Stobhill Mackinnon house department during the Covid Period time on the year 2021. They really humiliated me terribly of me getting bad flash backs and making me worse of the trauma which I didn’t had it before. This staffs are the cause that now I am unable to do my personal stuffs and all these they made me lose my self esteem and my confidence and destroyed my inner self. The staffs are not professional and didn’t do at all in their code of conduct, they disrespect the patients, they are rude, they neglect, they look down on you, they laugh at you horribly when they see you being vulnerable towards them. I was very terrified of me being a Mental Health patient of getting this horrible treatments from them. I feel very uncomfortable at this Hell Whole of a place, I didn’t get any privacy I was put in with junkies and males in one room. I was sexually harassed by them staffs and males verbally. I saw one of the staffs having sexual acts with patients and was threatened me not to tell anybody. I was bullied and calling me awful names. The environment wasn’t hygienic at all, there was flies, molts and bloods from their abuse they did to others. They destroy people’s personal belongings. They lie a lot about their daily routines especially when they have visitors or other professionals in their place and pretend they are doing their job well which it was not. There was this transgender who he was watching me inappropriately all the time and I didn’t get any defence of the staffs and neither being protected by them. I never felt safe. The staffs were very violent and the environment was very toxic and noisy. I had a old phone which was a pink IPhone at that time when I was with them and they smashed my phone because I can use against them of their evil acts. All of this the staffs were doing to me was full of inhuman acts and there was no human right. I got learning disabilities and severe harm by them. They took advantage of me of destroying my life with their miserable life and scum. I get sleepless nights till now because of them and I get Sucidal Attempts. I have depression and Anxiety of all cause they did to me, it was a traumatic period .This was a big Hell for me. They should really be ashamed of themselves of how they treated me and other patients.

My sis was staying in the place. Only to be thrown out with not her right medication by Brian the staff manager she also never had an address to go to. Still dale the staff nurse let my sister wait 20 mins outside with 15 black bags to wait on a TAXI for someone that had no address and not properly discharged. Absolutely joke I feel sorry for the patience that aren't getting the right mental health help they properly need.!!!

Disgraceful mistreatment of patients with a particular diagnosis that the staff dismiss and leave to suffer and be at high risk for harm. I'm referring to the mental health assessment unit here. It's really not worth seeking help out with your own familiar team or Doctor. They really don't care about just escalated the distress for the patient. It's funny because when I had a friend accompany me one time recently for the same thing I was treated totally differently because they knew they'd not get away with how they usually treat me. But now my friend thinks they help me every time I need them and I've to explain that was purely cos he was present. I've heard police officers get frustrated with how nurses dismiss patients who are not safe to leave and it puts everyone in a terrible position. I'd a much better experience when I was in the catchment area for leverendale. But sadly this particular diagnosis/disorder (a personality disorder) is the label they see and automatically judge, stigmatised and dismiss thus reinforcing the emotions that were already there.
