Gail made the most amazing Birthday cake for our sister, it looked fabulous and tasted delicious, the whole process was just great. everything was just so easy.

We contacted Gail to see if she would be able to make a gluten free birthday cake (at fairly short notice) and we were so impressed! Gail was really helpful in advising on best flavours for a gluten free cake and helped finalise the design after we shared details of the kind of cake we wanted. The cake was absolutely beautiful and was so delicious - no one could believe it was gluten free! I would highly recommend!

I chose Gail to make the cake for my wife’s 60th birthday party. Initially we were going to hold the celebration just down the road, but for various reasons we had to change the venue. But so impressed was I with Gail’s creativity, communication and professional standards, I elected to retain her services despite it being a 80 mile round trip to collect the cake.And my faith was rewarded with an immaculate cake, almost exactly as planned; Gail had made a couple of minor changes which actually greatly enhanced the finished product. Gail made the cake for our wedding, she was very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The cake was absolutely wonderful, it looked fantastic and Gail even made cake toppers of our dogs out of icing! All of our guests said how great the cake tasted especially the chocolate tier!
