We chose a half hour facial massage and a half hour Thai massage, but she only gave us a Thai massage and didn't admit her mistake. Poor service attitude, please don't come to this store

Arrived in London with my Son (11) a few days ago. He requested a massage after 3x weeks playing soccer academy around the uk. We both had a massage and walked out feeling re-energised. Very reasonable rates. £60 for sixty minutes. Clean fresh establishment.Genuine Good Thai Massage. ✅

We choose a half hour massage and facial, and confirmed it before we go inside. but while doing that, ask me what to do which one first, I said massage first but they give me a one hour massage. I already paid, but it’s okay I just explain the situation to them, but they have a really bad attitude and don’t listen to me at all.Very hard to communicate.And the store is unclean and hard to find

Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the head massage. I felt like my hair was rubbed, and it was too intense for my fine fragile hair, it even started falling off. I imagined I would have a slow, deep, and relaxing scalp massage instead it was quickly rubbing hair and head. The lady explained that this was a typical Thai head massage.Also, I think staff should give more time to prepare and dress up after the massage. The lady did not knock and just came inside and started tidying up the bed. At least 5min would be nice to have after the massage.

They were able to accommodate last minute appointments for my sister and I. I’m only in London a few more days but hope to go back once more before I leave. Si was phenomenal, amazing and targeted pressure plus she took the time to show me a stretch that will help a tight muscle in my hip.
