I have started with Pegasus Homecare February 2017. I found the company very supportive towards the staff by offering flexible working hours (operational needs of the organisation apply), free in house helpline, good pay rates for the staff, paid mileage, paid travelling time, guaranteed contracted hours, free of interest loans (T&C apply), refer a friend scheme (T&C)shifts within allocated area which means minimal travelling for staff. The company runs in house Training organisation, to ensure full induction training for all staff, even the ones without experience. If you ask me, it could not be more convenient for domiciliary agency. Pegasus Homecare provides support for staff in regards to registration for domiciliary workers with Social Care Wales, and supports staff in regards to national qualifications in health and social care. As an employee, I trust Pegasus Homecare with all aspects of their work conducted in house and out in the community.
