Without doubt the worst letting agency I’ve ever rented with.Took 8 months to fix a shower, whole house was mould ridden, including the floors, the kitchen floor fell through resulting in injury, there were rats in the walls, nothing was plumbed in correctly, the carpets were put in like a patchwork resulting in carpets that didn’t fit, moved, went baggy and there were nails sticking up every where.The house wasn’t safe, I have a 2 year old and they happily let us move in knowing of the issues as we later found out a previous tennent had reported them.They don’t answer phones, they ignore emails, from start to finish, it took 3 weeks for them to even acknowledge our notice to leave.This was all in the space of 7 months an absolutely horrible experience.

All I can say is that from start to finish these guys are absolutely 5☆.From at the start when we met Shirley for the viewings, she was so professional and polite. She showed us a few properties which were in excellent condition and then she showed us the last property which just ticked all our boxes. We can't thank shirley enough.Then came them process of dealing with the girls Chloe and Lucy in the office sorting out all the relevant paper work. Once again 5☆ customer service. They were always there to help and advise through the process. We have now been in our new home for over 2 weeks now and myself and my partner absolutely love it.We would also like to thank all the other members of the team.First class and a very professional company.Again many thanks from us both.

From the moment the phone was answered i was spoken to with ZERO professionalism, ZERO manners or friendliness.. had to repeat the property 3 times, when questioning about the property and it's availability for let as it's clamed to be ready but when viewing the property in person as it's just around the corner, also i know the maintenance guy/handyman for the property/s in the area, to be told a completely different story and when informing the rep on the phone they accused ME of the damages as i knew a awful lot about the property and it's condition and spoken over to then be hung up on. To then be outright told they wouldn't let to me for a no fault section 21 ( from another bunch of cowboys ) and that they wouldn't waste there time.. this is the company that you're looking to manage you're property's then expect to be sat with a forever ongoing repairs invoice or an empty home as clearly letting is not something they are in a hurry to do.

I've had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Their service has been consistently poor and filled with fake promises. I strongly advise against renting from them. Over the course of 3 years, I've had to deal with a water leak from the roof, rotten floor beams, rampant mold, and now even rats infesting the damp cellar. The issues extend from inadequate sink drainage to cavities in the walls where rats freely roam, providing easy access to the second floor. On top of all this, there's a hole the size of a fist around the main water pipe coming from outside, and they've failed to address it properly. Their booking and promises are nothing but empty words.

Wow what a great job...Hassan - Fantastic workmanship. Excellent manners. Very hardworking. Properly skilled and experienced for his role. Hope they employ more people like him. It will make the world of difference to Rent Uk as a company.

Worst experience I have had with this agency.The bathroom sink pipe is leak for 2 weeks and the water coming through ceiling and electric bulbs are sparking when turn on.I’ve ring and emailed them several times but no response.

Absolutely shocking to rent from. Only rent from these if you want a bad chest due to living in unhabitable conditions. Mould, damp. They don't care. All they want is your money and not have to do anything. And let's say you eventually get something done the job with be butchered and not done correctly so the issues come back. This company is a joke…I called up in the 28th November about a socket that came off the wall…all I did was pull the hoover plug out of the socket and the whole socket came of the wall…I have 4 small children at home…I had to put a cover over it so the kids don’t touch the wire….they said it would be classed as a emergency…emergency my a***!!! I’m so angry

I am currently renting with this company and all i can say is avoid i am a disabled young women who put all my trust in this disgraceful company who have left me in inhabitable conditions for months ignoring all reports , leading to chronic chest and lung problems of the other tenant , ive had problems from day dot and have been sat with a giant leaky hole in my kitchen cieling for months aslong with mold and damp which continues to deteriorate no matter what i try and they ignore emails phone calls i am absolutely horrified
