Had a breakdown cover with RAC and went down to pick my car up (RAC had messed us around). Walked into a bunch of friendly staff. Chris was dealing with the issue we was having with RAC and very quickly sorted us out with the car we needed. Very friendly & helpful.

Didn’t have a car when I arrived and didn’t seem to care at all, good job my friend came to pick me up even though it was booked 2 days prior.

Urgent Warning - Enterprise Car Hire: A Nightmare ExperienceI urgently want to share my recent horrific encounter with Enterprise Car Hire, aiming to alert potential customers to the multitude of issues I faced. My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to provide a detailed account to dissuade others from falling victim to their unacceptable practices.From the onset, the rental process was marked by a lack of transparency and confusing terms. However, the true nightmare unfolded when I discovered significant safety concerns with the vehicle provided. The brakes were not functioning properly, and the engine oil light was glaringly on. Shockingly, despite bringing these life-threatening issues to Enterprise's attention, it took an astonishing two weeks for them to address and rectify the problems. During this time, the car was rendered unsafe and unusable, leaving me without reliable transportation.To compound matters, the vehicle was delivered to me in an appalling condition. It was dirty and emitted a strong odor of cigarettes, an issue I had to address immediately due to my son's asthma. The fact that I had to take the car for a wash upon collection further underscores Enterprise's lack of attention to cleanliness and customer well-being.As if this wasn't enough, I received an unjust parking charge while the defective vehicle was in my possession. I was nowhere near the location specified in the charge, as I was actually at a supermarket three miles away. The inconvenience and distress caused by this erroneous charge only exacerbated the already unacceptable situation.When I requested a replacement vehicle due to the safety concerns, Enterprise callously informed me that they had no other vehicles available. This lack of available alternatives further highlighted their disregard for customer safety and satisfaction.Upon returning the car, I was promised compensation of £50 and reimbursement for the parking charge. However, the reality was far from their commitment. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter through emails, Enterprise claimed I had already been paid, an assertion I vehemently deny. This level of dishonesty and the blatant disregard for customer service is appalling.In summary, my experience with Enterprise Car Hire has been a series of disappointments, safety hazards, and unfulfilled promises. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternatives. The issues I faced, from malfunctioning brakes to a parking charge debacle, are indicative of a company that prioritizes profit over customer well-being. Save yourself the stress and frustration—steer clear of Enterprise Car Hire.
