Peace memorial park
Peace Memorial Park is the only well kept park that Oadby and Wigston council own. It's a small park but lovely to walk round in any season. It has plenty of benches to sit on and relax. The Memorial part is well kept. However, the public toilets are disgraceful. But that is due to the public, not the council. However, Oadby and Wigston Council do not sound a gun on Remembrance Sunday which I find disrespectful. Councillors told me that no one in the country is allowed to sound a gun but they lied. Lovely park, disrespectful council.

Always go there to hopefully sit in the sun, many benches to chose from. Lovely & peaceful &so well maintained.

A lovely little park with a bowling green and two tennis courts, ideal for a little sport or a peaceful walk with the dogs.

Well maintained and the bowling green and tennis courts kept in good order and popular. The public ammonites are also kept in good order and clean.
