Great and wonderful company to work with.. make everything so easy and nice. I had opportunity to grow and mature in my role as a complex Health care worker in the last 8 months and the support from Johnjasper as a company has been tremendous.. The management has been awesome, kind and responsive.

In response to John jasper comments to Bethany’s post. Yes I had no choice but to threaten lee with police due to harassment!The authorities were also very disappointed by lee not showing up to the meetings and were unaware that was his reason as we were all advised Lee was too busy to attend. But thank you so much for your reply. Facts are facts

Professional & really easy going company to work for, I've been made welcome by everyone from the office management team and my colleagues in service, I've been a support worker for a long time and you hear the phrase all care/support providers are the same" thats not the case! The team I've become part of is second to none and has a great balance of people from different cultures

I just made a phone call to the recruitment team, asking politely for bit more information about healthcare job assistance duties , because of my willingness to know if I can be suitable to apply for work. All I have got in a reply was the rude answer No and hanging up!!!!!!!So so rude, I would definitely say No for this Recruitment agency!!!Such a way of treating and approaching people is absolutely unacceptable!!!!

I just wanted to share my comments on the amazing care my mum received from John Jasper Care. From the moment the care package started the service my mum received was fantastic. She was included in all areas of the decision making process, her needs were met in very person centred way. She was listened to and treated with the upmost dignity and respect by everyone from the organisation. When her needs changed the organisation would meet these with immediate effect.The staff were fantastic and wherever possible mum had the same staff at each visit, thus ensuring consistency of the care that she received.I would recommend John Jasper Care to anyone that needed a package of care. I just hope if I ever need care myself in the future that John Jasper Care will provide it.Well done to an wonderful caring organisation.Claire Martin

Do not use this company if you want your loved ones cared for. Our elderly grandmother with dementia (who is doubly incontinent) was with the company for around a week and was changed once. The family was not informed of this due to our 91 year old grandfather being present and therefore 'able to change her' according to the care company.Log records were extremely vague and a couple of sentences at that and unavailable for family to see. On multiple occasions the contracted 30 minute calls were around 10 minutes long.Medication was not given despite staff claiming it was administered. Two staff members (one who was on their first day of training) failed to turn up to their evening call and lied by saying they attended despite our grandfather with full mental capacity stating otherwise.When contacting management, I was faced with several extremely hostile calls with Lee (owner) who suggested that our grandfather was manipulating the situation and that the medication was administered. His tone was extremely aggressive and he was unwilling to investigate any further and somehow stated that the problem lay with there being no dosset box (even though they did not inform us that this was needed when joining).I had a tablet count which suggested that the night dose was not administered and multiple call logs of myself being on the phone to my grandfather at the time that they claimed to have been in the house. Despite this, Lee somehow felt this was insufficient to progress with a thorough investigation (and made it very clear he was unhappy about our 'accusations' and that 'we were looking for someone to loose their job'.The staff members went on to work for weeks whilst my grandmother was admitted into hospital with a urine infection. We were given no choice but to drop the care package with John Jasper as Lee was suggesting that the staff would return back to my grandmother's house as he wasn't willing to investigate.It was only after showing CCTV evidence to social services that Lee had no alternative to change his approach and fire the two staff members.We have made multiple attempts to discuss this with Lee alongside social services however he has failed to show up and instead sends his uninformed staff into the meeting.Please consider this when choosing a care company for your loved one as we feel that this argumentative response had a detrimental impact on the whole family due to the stress we were all put under.

Contacted JohnJasper via indeed and spoke with Alex who helped guide me through the application process and back into work. In the 4 months working with JohnJasper they have helped and guided me to the position I am in to today as a support worker. Thank you John Jasper Care all the best Alex and Lee

Its been a wonderful journey so far working with John Jasper care, the application, interview/recruitment process have been very professional and kudos to Emma Whittaker who has been very warm, encouraging and I cannot speak enough of the support and encouragement I received from her. The entire team and structure are wonderful they truly stand by their values which stands out, particularly as a person of colour.
