The flats are nice albeit a little expensive, fairly modern and well equipped. I don't think the parking system is effective, with a very unreliable gate and it is very expensive if you have a second car, or two people with vehicles share a flat. The presence of one lift has its drawbacks too, making it slow to access and leave upper floors.

Good luck getting any help parking up if your getting your daughter settled in for the new term.You can get day parking vfir £6/7 . There is valso a retail park close by where you can park up, But hey ho there is a Maccies close by....
