Had the best experience with Tom K at the Erith branch who usually works in Romford this morning. He helped us pick out a grout to match our tiles and he also helped us to find the matching colour silicone.

We are redoing our bathroom and kitchen. Trevor and Mick provided excellent customer service by steering me in the right direction. I managed to buy the perfect tiles for the bathroom and the lovely Somerset Ivory tiles (15x7.5) for the kitchen walls. I will no doubt by returning when we're redoing the small downstairs bathroom. .

Mick helped us today and he was great, he really took his time to talk us through different options based on what we were looking for. He even showed us the samples outside in daylight for comparison so we could get a better sense of what it might look like in different lighting. I don’t usually write reviews for tile shops, but Mick really went above and beyond. Thanks for your help Mick!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would heartily recommend. They helped us work out how many were needed and they were delivered bang on time too. I bought extra grout in case it was needed, and when it wasn't it was refunded with no quibble.

Walked into Tile Giant Erith for a browse as we didn't really know what we wanted, we were approached by Mick who had so many great ideas and suggestions and helped us get the right tile we wanted. Not only was Mick a very funny and warm individual he made the experience a joy from start to finish, would highly recommend talking to Mick before looking anywhere else. In the middle of a big renovation, and a bit overwhelmed by all the decisions that needed to be made, Mick and Trev couldn’t have been more helpful in working through the various pros and cons in different types of tiles and approaches for 2 bathrooms. They spent as long as I needed with me, offered really helpful insights and suggestions and worked with my budget.

Absolutely faultless. Delt with Trevor in store and was extremely happy with his knowledge and expertise of the products he had in store. After various visits, we finally decided on what tiles we required. With 10mins left before closing; Trevor took the time to get the order placed! Delivery used 3rd party courier, checked in by Mick. As per a previous review; Tile Giant should be proud of these guys running the store!! Thank you!

We purchased two sets of tiles from here late last year. The service and assistance we received was exceptional in every respect. Despite the fact we entered the store late in the day, we were not rushed, and received an outstanding amount of support from Trevor. Later when we had to make a change, we were assisted by Mick, who was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Both these guys run a store the company should be proud of. Their work ethic and attitude is very customer-centric, and it is a pleasure to have shopped there. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.
