Terence was great - with good communication throughout. The team was amazing getting the car ready, buffed out scratches, mending small tear in door trim and car looked like new when we picked it up. Only just passing my test I was extremely excited about getting a car, Terence couldn’t of been more helpful towards me we managed to find a car exactly what i was looking for but it was from car shop in Coventry, They passed the car and said it was fit to drive however once it got to Evens Halshaw Ford and they done there necessary checks ie the transfer checks there was alot of issues that should of been picked up by car shop in Coventry. I was updated with everything going on about the car every step of the way. Evens Halshaw gave me the option did I want to wait for the parts or look for a new car I decided to initially wait however they explained to me they couldn’t put a time frame on when the parts would be delivered so due to the timing I decided to look for a new car, within 4 days I was viewing and test driving a car that Terence found for me and it was perfect. Terence has helped me every step of the way it’s made buying a car so less stressful and great knowing I still have the help there from him when I need it, couldn’t recommend Terence and the dealership anymore

An excellent service when purchasing a 2020 Kuga. Salesman Iain was brilliant with no hassle or hard sell. The car was shipped from Milton Keynes to Altrincham with no commitment to buy. As it happened it was just what I wanted. Good trade in price on my 2017 Nissan as well. I very good experience.
