I used Carmen’s Cleaning to do a deep clean before I moved into my new house. From the outset Gerardo was brilliant at communicating with me and answered all of my tedious questions thoroughly and patiently! My new house was left immaculate and he kept me up to date with progress and made sure I was happy with the results when I moved in. I would happily use them again.

Disappointing. The promise was, to quote the website, to “consistently provide excellent professional service” but this was not our experience due to, in their own words “an under quote”. Having run out of time they completed only half the clean. Just left with paint work and floors still untouched. There was no follow up communication, no explanation and no request to come back and rectify the situation. When challenged was only offered 10% refund, when we had to clean 50% of the job ourselves, see photos of how left by them. In my opinion an under quote shouldn’t be the clients problem, that’s not a “excellent professional service”. Be warned.

Before contacting Carmen’s cleaning services, we had tried so many other cleaning companies but oddly there were no responses. A friend of mine recommended Carmen’s cleaning services and it was a spot on. Gerardo was very responsive, and patient with answering all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner. What we were particularly impressed with was Gerardo’s passion in excellence and keeping high standards in cleaning services.

One star and it is too much. Cleaning was okay but few items disappeared and no trusted response was given to us. Make sure you are present when they come in and when they leave. We could not be present as we moved out early and far away and they took advantage of it.

Gerardo and his team did a stunning job. I booked a cleaning carpet service and they left it brand new. We were very impressed with the results. Very professional and reliable service at a fair price, I would definitely recommend them.

Friendly yet professional service executed to a very high standard. They were able to get me quoted and booked in quickly, and the level of communication was first-rate. Extremely impressed - would definitely use them again!Edited to add: the negative reviews on here are shocking and absolutely not reflective of the service I recieved. I found the entire team to be completely trustworthy and fantastic at what they do.

Gerardo and his team excelled at an end of move clean for a 2 bedroomed flat. Carpets and blinds included at a reasonable price and a very professional service. I highly recommend!

Good communication, easy to arrange, turned up on time, thorough clean, very good value. Would use again and recommend.
