Alexis and Gabby made our experience amazing. So friendly and welcoming. They got me gluten free food and nothing was too much trouble . They went above and beyond. What a fantastic start to our holiday. Thank you colette & Carole so glad to have such great service

Absolutely shocking. Showed up, wasn't told it was closing soon. Paid £43 each. Food was nearly empty and cleared 15 minutes before they claimed it would be. Staff started cleaning around us despite the closing time being nearly an hour off. Staff rolled their eyes when we ordered drinks (despite that being the only perk remaining for us to enjoy?)Avoid.

This place shouldn't call itself a lounge. It's very small and the staff are very selective about where you can sit. Despite many empty seats, we were not allowed to sit near a plug point so charging devices was awkward. Essentially charging my phone at an empty table while I sat at a high table across from it. There was only bacon for the breakfast and the tea and coffee machines had 2 options - black tea or coffee. You have to fill small glasses from the soft drink machine where otherlounges will offer you cans or bottles from fridges. Finally, there is no WiFi and no toilets. You could sit in Burger King and have a better time before your flight. Wouldn't waste the money again.

Totally over-crowded and loud when the rest of the airport is relatively empty. No wifi, short staffed, very limited to no hot food (unless you like rock hard sausages or a pile of bacon) no bread, no milk in coffee machine (was advised cold milk in fridge, pretty useless for a cappochino). No toilet in the lounge, have a mooch to find one.Save your money and utilise the good selection of services outside of lounge.To be balanced, probably value for money if you want to drink 9 beers or prosecco's before you fly - but you will leave hungry.

slightly overpriced I'd say.staff were friendly and helpful.not the greatest choice of food compared with Manchester lounge,but tasty enough and refreshed regularly, decent enough range of drinks.Will use again when flying from liverpool.

tragedy. The lounge is open until 8 p.m. and at 7 p.m. they took away all the food, hot and cold. the coffee machine is turned off and they are arguing. and for 3 hours two service ladies sit on the largest sofa and take a seat - they do not let guests in because there is no room" very unpleasant and no food."

I cannot praise the staff enough. I had hurt my foot on the stairs at the airport. I asked the staff in the lounge if there was any medical help available as my foot was badly swollen and painful. They brought assistance immediately. I would also like to thank the lady who arranged assisted boarding for me and the firemen who gave medical assistance. I was travelling on my own so to be so well looked after by all the people concerned was amazing.. … thank you

Visited last week. Staff unfriendly, food and wine of poor quality. Most customers were shocked at how grubby and downmarket the whole experience was. In sharp contrast, coming back Palma airport lounge was superb. Great staff, well stocked and high quality food and drink.
