Rachel really helped us at our first meeting as I was finding breastfeeding painful and had lots of questions which was really affecting me. She was so kind and patient and it has improved since she helped. This was over 4 months ago now and I sometimes still email her with a question and she helps very quickly!

You would think that breastfeeding would come naturally to a new mother. For some I'm sure it does, but for the rest of us it is something we have to learn. Thank goodness for Rachel to whom I am forever grateful! She is the best teacher and a without her invaluable support and encouragement I wouldn't have breastfed my first baby beyond the first two weeks and my son either. Thanks to her warm, consistent and non-judgemental support during those early weeks I breastfed my daughter for 16 months and am still going strong with my son at 7 months. Now its easy but I highly recommend Rachel for those first few weeks. If there were more Rachel's in the world then there would definitely be a higher percentage of success for women who want to breastfeed.

Rachel came and helped me in the early days postpartum and I couldn't be more grateful. She was amazing support via text message too which I needed in those early moments when breastfeeding was challenging. Now I feel like we are breastfeeding pros and a huge part of that is down to you, Rachel. Thank you so much! This is so worth the investment!

Rachel was an actual lifesaver for me - I contacted her for help when I was struggling with achieving a good latch and suffering with very damaged nipples as a result. Baby was also having extra weigh-ins as she’d lost a bit too much weight in the week after her birth - so I was stressed and starting to despair!! Rachel saw us really quickly which was very much appreciated. Rachel really studied how I was feeding and gave me both reassurance that my daughter was taking milk and advice on how to improve the latch. I felt so much more confident after our session and was able to quickly establish much better breastfeeding technique. I have had zero nipple damage since and am now exclusively breastfeeding. Amazing! Our session felt really nice and calm and informative - Rachel has a really warm and reassuring manner. Would recommend Rachel to anyone and very very grateful for her help!

I was super stressed out trying to breastfeed my baby, worried about his weight gain, was so sore, and very conflicted about continuing vs moving to formula. Rachel was amazing - extremely responsive, and a lovely person with in depth knowledge about the field. She put my mind at ease, helped me understand my baby’s needs better and fix his latch. For a new parent this is invaluable assistance and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I met Rachel at the end of my tether! Desperate to breastfeed but having been given a huge amount of mixed messages, incorrect information and was totally overwhelmed. My baby was somewhat early and as such we had a rocky start, Rachel was the start of a far more positive experience. She gave me confidence that I could do it - and some really simple things made breastfeeding far more successful (like actually knowing what the swallow sound was!) So that we actually had a really effective feed and I felt so much more confident. I think as a result I was able to more effectively ignore the well meaning of advice of the health visitor and go on a track more acceptable to me! Rachel was a voice of reason when I was struggling with everything- and as a result of the meetings I was able to have the confidence to go to support groups too.I'm still breastfeeding and 6 months in now - and feeding is now a real pleasure! It was bloody hard work to start with and I'm grateful for Rachel's input - because without it I don't think I'd still be breastfeeding and for me it really feels like my greatest accomplishment!

She's a brilliant listener, and will educate you without making you feel silly. All this knowledge gave me the confidence to trust my instincts and breastfeed my baby.Because of Rachel's genuine care and support, I've gone on to have a successful breastfeeding journey. If it weren't for her friendly face right at the start, things may well have turned out differently. It can be hard to ask for help, especially when you feel so helpless at the start, but I'm so happy I asked Rachel. She has the patience of a saint. I know this because I've asked her to repeat things so many times and not once has she seemed annoyed.Coming up to weaning, I spent some more time with Rachel and she again gave me the boost I needed and tons of knowledge to help me gently ease things along without tears from my toddler.Rachel is like a therapist and is worth her weight in gold.

I have contacted Rachel when I had a low in my journey of breastfeeding my little one. After just one session, with a lot of useful information and new technique of holding my baby, I gained more confidence and since then I'm able to breastfeed him without any issues. Plus, we gave up the additional formula previously introduced. It definitely had an impact on both of us, as the little one seems to be more relaxed while feeding. Thank you so much!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Rachel who supported me throughout my breastfeeding journey. My baby has just turned 1 and I am still breastfeeding. She showed me adjustments to make in order to get a deeper latch, as well giving me invaluable knowledge about breastfeeding, baby behaviour and lots of reassurance.I had two consultations with her in the first few months of having my baby but she was only a message away if I needed any more support.I would highly recommend her services to anyone that's facing challenges in their feeding journey!
