My Treasure Cleaners have been fantastic to deal with over the last year we have used them. We've had end of tenancy cleans, house industrial deep cleans and regular monthly cleaning with every scenario analysed thoroughly to provide the best solution. Paul, Ola and Sophie are incredibly professional and will endeavour to meet customer requirements and needs. My Treasure Cleaners carried out our End of Tenancy Clean and did a great job. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process to ensure the apartment was perfect for check out.Sophie helped reassure me with regards to what jobs would be carried out and on the day emailed about additional elements the cleaners believed would need to be done. Excellent cleaning service. Paul had my back for a very last minute end of tenancy clean. Very friendly and professional and communicated everything clearly with me with what they could offer for my budget. The clean was outstanding. They went above and beyond and even managed to get rid of stains that had been impossible for me. I will definitely be using this service again in the future!

Be careful!I booked Sophie's team for an end of tenancy clean and everything seemed great. They were responsive, on time and seemed to start well on cleaning the flat. As they were going until very late I decided to trust them alone in the flat and come and inspect the work the next day. I really wish I hadn't.The next morning I arrived to find the oven door came off in my hands. The landlord was obviously not happy and neither was I, and we were advised by a Bosch engineer to replace the oven. I'm a landlord myself and take the safety of my tenants seriously. If I'm advised to replace an oven I would too.As the ones who broke the door, I asked Sophie for a gesture of compensation towards this cost. Never once did I ask for her to pay the full amount (almost £500) - in my mind that would be unreasonable. Instead, as the ones who damaged the door, I would have thought it would be a no brainer to offer even as little as £50 as a gesture of apology.This did not happen.Instead Sophie suggested firstly that it was rust" on the oven that caused the damage (bearing in mind this oven was working fine up until the moment we left the flat). Next she offered to send an engineer to "glue" the oven back together. Both of which we declined.She continually alluded to the fact that she didn't charge us enough for the job in the first place

Paul was my assigned cleaner for over seven years and he was always absolutely fantastic - a professional and a family friend now.Paul has helped me with an end of tenancy clean at a rental apartment, regular monthly whole-house cleaning, cleaning before special family events, and deep cleans which included cleaning cooker hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Paul and Ola helped me with cleaning my house on move-out day and turned their hands to any and everything I needed help with. What an amazing service!More recently, I was assigned Ola at my new home, and he worked to the same exacting standards as Paul. Ola arrived early and offered to help me with a few chores before getting straight into cleaning as soon as I showed him where the cleaning products were kept. He worked diligently, asked questions when he was unsure of my wishes, and offered to give the balcony a once over, even though it wasn't initially discussed as part of the job. I found that so touching that he saw the need - I was expecting family visitors and he knew we would be using the balcony in the warm weather - and he obviously wanted to do a thorough job.The funny thing is, even when I think I've done well at keeping up with cleaning in-between their visits, Paul and Ola come in, do their magic, and before you know it everything is sparkling clean and fresher than anything I could ever manage. I am so very happy with this service. They go above and beyond and always so very pleasant. It is a joy to have their help. They are the treasure.Thank you Paul! Thank you Ola!
