very rude when answering phone, very abrupt, need to improve on customer service unless they are that busy they don't need too!!

WOW !! How rude can anyone be and stay in business. It is easy to be polite on the phone your business may even survive. Whoever it was that answered the phone needs a sharp lesson in politeness and common decency, you seem to have a history of being rude and objectionable. Your website misleads people into believing you provide a service, change it, then you wont have to spend time being unbelievably obnoxious to people you have never met.

Website states they take on work for the motorsport industry.Gave them a call. Instantly rude on the phone. Had no interest in taking on work or discussing the project.Real disappointed as these guys are very local to me and would have been idea for finishing our project.

Very rude and abrupt on the phone, would avoid and hung up on me!!
