I have only good things to say about my experience of using Lodenstones as my agents when selling my house. I had previously tried to sell my house through another agent which was a depressing fail and their service was very poor.Upon my first telephone contact with Lodenstones, I knew that this was a very different standard of agents. When ‘Charlie’ came to my house , I was relieved not to be patronised or to receive gushing ingratiating sales talk! We were given great feedback after every viewing and kept in the picture at all times. The staff that came to do the viewings were enthusiastic, positive and interested.
