Low on the items that I needed. The animals there looked well cared for and clean. Although didn't look at fish. The vets up stairs are helpful and friendly. They have always been very supportive with all my pets.

Popped into pets at home in Whitstable was really disappointing visit because The Fish are overcrowded fish Also, there’s always dead fish in the tanks some been there for a couple days with fur all over them as fungus took over them.My opinion, The Fish doesn’t look Good quality, as a lot of them are slowly dying because bad environment, I would never buy my fish from there.When I said to the staff about, The Fish doesn’t look well they said because the fish might be having a Lazy day. I do think the staff don’t care at all.
