Could not recommend as an employer more! Good working environment, staff and supervisors are polite and friendly. Been here 3 years now, can't fault the business tbh.

I have been with this company for almost seven years, I found them to be lovely, helpful, friendly and also paid on time

Everything was fine until they Failed to pay me for hours I worked, Did not care to respond or investigate. Ignores phone calls, they just simply say I wasn’t there, I found the payroll service very ignorant and unhelpful if not arrogant, they ignore your calls and don’t respond too your attempts too resolve this, on top of this they report your earnings too Hmrc but don’t actually pay them. Causing further complications that they do not care about, in my opinion the company is immoral and taking advantage of the general public once they aren’t useful to them anymore.When I was working for them i would of gave 5 stars but seems a simple issue of paying wages seems too be a difficult long process for this company, just imagine someone is getting paid for not paying you. How is that completed work? If I didn’t complete the work I wouldn’t be paid. So why would payroll get paid for incomplete work? Imagine I took a month to take the bins out, it would be unacceptable, sort your payroll out!

Poor company, worked for them 4 years, I've just had a very large income tax bill from HMRC as they failed to pay the correct income tax on my salary. Tried to contact with no response, not interested.

I have worked for Edwards Cleaning for almost 4 years, and feel as much a part of their family as I do my own. Paul and Hazel Edwards are 2 of the nicest people I know, and go above and beyond for their staff.My job role changed in July to full time office manager and the support I have received has been second to none.The operations team are fantastic at what they do and work hard to keep everything running smoothly, again the support is great.All in all a fantastic place to work. :)
