my driver was so lovely and friendly cheered the start to my day shame i dont know his name. the car was immaculate and smelt clean and the journey was cheaper than advertised! win win! i will chose these before uber from now on

Driver actually engaged in a conversation and seemed quite friendly. This is rare and most drivers make me feel like their completing a means to an end - finance or general duty wise.We talked about Autism, work and other topics and he seemed to drive in a safe manner observing speed limits and general road conditions. Again, both behaviours being rare.

Poor service this morning, driver was at the wrong pickup point and I spent 8 minutes in the rain trying to direct him as he could not understand me. Once in the cab he was doing left instead or right, when told it was a right he said yes right abd had to be prompted to the right. He then didn't know directions even with a sat nav, I looked on app and said card available. Asked for card and got verbal abuse iver he would of not taken the job if it was card and his machine probably want working. Told him I would find can in my house and speak to yourselves. Maybe a lot more difficult if I was elderly and not as assertive with driver.

My partner called a taxi for me this morning pick up at address wastithebarn lane melling, taxi went passed property said he was outside he wasnt, he then cancelled and drove past me look at me also whilst i was waiting outside pick up address, not happened b4 but must say not a good service his loss of fare £18 plus tip.Tony/Ronnie
