I found out about Sam and his work from seeing a post on a friend's Facebook page and got in touch. From start to finish his work has been excellent. Very friendly and professional and even noticed some pipework outside was flimsy and replaced that at the time so now have more heat coming out in the house which is just in time for a cold spell of weather. Surround and fire looks stunning and has made such a difference to our room - just need to decorate now to finish the room off as it looks quite grubby now we have had the fire and surround fitted. Quality products and services for good price. Definitely recommend him.

Always wanted a log burner and the one Sam and his son have supplied and fitted for us is awesome. We actually chose a multi fuel stove.From the first time I met Sam when he surveyed the fireplace in the house to when it was installed he has been so helpful. On the day the job was done there was no mess at all and they were both very professional and I cannot praise them both enough. I would without doubt recommend them to anyone who is thinking about having a log burner installed.

Sam did a great job installing our multi fuel stove. His attention to detail and workmanship is excellent. Impeccably clean and tidy job. Absolutely love the look of the stove and surround, has definitely given the room a statement piece.

Sam did an incredible job with my fireplace. He gave me loads of options and great advice throughout.He took care of my home; dust sheets came out, he covered everything up and cleaned up really well at the end of each day.His work is second to none, his attention to detail and passion for what he does really shines through.His pricing is very reasonable!Best choice I ever made. I have no hesitation in recommending him whatsoever. Thank you so much Sam for transforming our home.

I was given Sam's number by a work colleague, after mentioning that I was getting quotes from various parties for a complete stove installation. From my initial meeting with Sam and Manny to handing over the cheque, the whole experience was a good one and I would not hesitate to recommend Derby Stoves & Fires Limited to anyone wanting work done. Sam answered all my questions ( and I asked many), kept me informed throughout the whole install of any issues that he came across as well as explaining the work they had done. They were punctual and tidied up after themselves as well.Excellent job lads!!!

Just awful. Arrogant and bolshy. Discussed coming to install fire then, after ignoring our communications for 2 weeks, told us to go elsewhere. Would definitely not recommend. Why do some people think it’s ok to be rude?!
