Energy saving genie have been fantastic with getting suppliers to fit a central heating system through the first time central heating grant, we also had loft and cavity wall insulation. The company they referred us to were very efficiant, clean, and friendly! Energy saving genie stayed in contact throughout the whole installation process and offered support should we need it after all work is completed.

I used Google search to locate details to see if a suitable grant was available to have our 12 years old gas boiler replaced after a recent failure of hot water and central heating. The web was easy to navigate and all the questions answered for my requirements. Energy Saving Genie was very fast contacting me with great customer focus. They referred me to Effective Homes LTD who also was very fast organising a surveyor to attend our property to see what was available and our requirements.The good news was that Effective Home contacted me on Wednesday of that week stating their fitter could install my new combo boiler on Thursday 3rd June. The engineer Mark arrived early along with the delivery of the new boiler and installation pack. Mark got to work straight away first completing all of his health and safety pre checks then removing the old boiler etc. The new boiler was fitted along with all the new pipe work , commissioned and handed over to me that day.The following week I received my paperwork from the Gas Safe Register and the boiler cover guarantee. I’m glad I chose Energy Saving Genie from all the other web listings. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic especially in this current global situation so well done all, the boiler is now great with plenty of hot water, heating not currently required due to the great weather but not having any winter worries this year and beyond.Thank you all again.

Having researched available grants for my neighbour I came across Energy Saving Genie, response was excellent and they took time to go through each step, survey was thorough, paperwork was completed without any stress. Fittting of boiler was excellent, thermostats to be fitted next week delay due to wrong parts but informed all the way . I woild definately recommend Energy Saving Genie.

Took my Details, established that as we are both disabled and there qualify for assistance. passed me on to an installer 100 of miles away, One phone call to establish I need a replacement boiler for an old oil fired system, all they where interested in was insulating my loft, which once they where made aware it was fully boarded dropped me like a hot potato, never to phone me again, another winter with no central heating, These Eco schemes are a shame.

I recently applied for a grant through Energy Saving Genie and now have cavity wall insulationand central heating fitted,and I must say it all went very smooth from start to finish, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them,Thanks again Energy Saving Genie.
