Two arrogant rude people who work here !!! Whatever personal issues you both have it is not an excuse or anyway excusable to lash out at your customers!!!!we are merely using the post offices services!!! We dont enter your premises to be at the hands of negative rude behaviour!!! If you dont like your job !!give it to somebody else!! And also brush up on your customer service skills because I clearly am not the only one leaving a bad review!!!n many occasions I have experienced rude behaviour when being served by these two arrogant post office workers but I chose to ignore it but ,not anymore!!! You both are horrid!!!!

Despite the pressure the two guys that run this post office are facing in this current pandemic they are so knowledgable & pleasant. Credit where its due many of their customers have no patience or don't follow standard practice, which makes it difficult for these guys. I have seen the service they provide, & they are good.Keep up the good work, & if ungreatful customers don't like your service they should go elsewhere as they will see that you are basically following standard practice in the procedures you have put in place.

arrogant people run this post office. I had this type of experience before so always avoid this place. Unfortunately, I have to come here today as I need to post something on urgent bases.At the counter, I said I'd like to 'Sign for' delivery" this is the word that mentioned ontheir website. That man told me that they have 'recorded delivery' and 'special delivery'. there's no 'Sign for' type of service here. he was speaking rudely. I asked him charges then I knew that it was recorded delivery (Sign for) £2.35.I use other post offices and they know what is 'Sign For' but this post office has these two tough men only.Other thing

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!A few weeks ago I walking into the store and asked if I can send a parcel which was less than 10kg and the man refused in a very rude tone and kept repetitively saying that he cant lift heavy items and then started to shoo me away out of the store.I also went today to get my vehicle road tax done and the man was extremely rude to me and said “do it yourself”, “it’s not my fault it’s not working” and then when I went to another post office the man said that it was a very simple job.All in all this post office is awful and the two men working there need to learn some manners and is a terrible place to visit

Local postoffice with cash point services.Best thing about cashpoint service is you can take out minimum of £5.Staff were alright as well when I last visited.I have also posted opening hours picture so it will be easy for updated hours.They do return amazon parcels.

Great service from the staff, always friendly and welcoming. They always help my mum and I but also my disabled dad. Always made sure, they care about him and all the customers. I would not fault them. Personal touches like this is why we haven't moved to another post office.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Especially towards the elderly. We've been here many times but enough is enough. Will go to a post office that is further away from home. Happy to inconvenience myself for better customer service.
